MIlk: Your question is hard to answer. You do not include how many ounces or the size of the glasses; ;what type of milk you use; your medical history; or if you are obese or not. Milk is full of fats and full of sugars. Most adults begin to be intolerant of lactose at some point in their lives. If you have any problem with weight then milk is an unhealthy product to be using in any significant way.

No: I presume your milk intake is not whole milk. 3-8 ounce glasses per day is not excessive as long as your diet is balanced. Also your calories taken in should equal calories expended ro maintain your body weight. Skim milk or 1% milk would be better choices so as to keep the total fat down.
