Enjoy life anyway: The answer to this question would be so long, there is no place to start. Get a great diabetes doctor & team that you trust and can access. Be on top of what is going on with your child. Learn everything you can about diet and nutrition. Then still let your child be a child and not a patient. Don't consider him "suffering" from his disease, but rather approach it as just a different way of life!
