Depends: Dry socket develops for many reasons, smoking plays a very small part on that, just follow the instructions of your dentist.

Somewhat higher: Smoking is always going to raise the risk of dry socket. Factors affected the risk beside smoking are general health, other medical conditions, diet, etc... There is no exact answer, but not smoking is better.
