Probably not. After four days you still have open wounds. Smoking delays healing, it does not cause an infection.

Smoking at your age is not healthy, leading to lung or oral cancer. You need at least 10 or more days for healing and during that time to keep food or debris out of sockets to prevent dry socket and infection. Smoking is not indicated.

Smoking will delay healing. That aside, smoking is never safe, never. Lung cancer, stroke, heart disease, kidney disease, damage to blood vessels, skin aging, should I go on. You’re 4 days into a longer & healthier life. Go for 5, then 6, then 7…..
