Fibrinolytic: Alveolitis - or commonly known as dry socket is a self-limiting problem, meaning that you will heal normally. It presents with pain, and that is what we treat palliatively. If you have no pain, then no worries. Continue to follow your post-op instructions and clean out socket as instructed after meals.
