No: A dislocation of a hip is a very painful event- usually the result of a significant trauma to the hip. If your hip was truly dislocated, you would not be able to walk or move the hip without severe pain. If your hip is clicking, there are a number of other potential causes. See an orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation if you are experiencing more pain.
