I slipped on water at work, now my right hip tingles, my right knee throbs, & it's hard to walk. Did i just pull my groin muscles or could it be worse?
Have pain in kidney and hip. Also have excruciatingly painful muscle spasm just below knee on left side of left leg. spasm has lasted min of 2 weeks. Unbearable to sit, walk, lay down. Alternated heat and ice plus stretches?
