Does anyone know the name of the machine that you rub together and say clear and it brings the heart to start?

Defibrillator: The device provides an electric shock to a heart that has stopped and is fibrillating (think quivering). Saying "clear" is to prevent anyone who might be touching the patient to stay back and not get shocked as well.
