Small functional : Bladder. Likely due to neurogenic cause of your bladder disfunction. Needs to be worked up by a urologist with expertise in neuro-urology. You may well be a candidate for anticholinergic medication which will functional increase your bladder capacity. Otherwise might even be a candidate for bladder enlargement surgery(augmentation cystoplasty) good luck.
