Hi when i urinate its dribbling, and it doesnt empty completely, i was examined prostate looks normal, those symptoms are better when my bladder is full for example if i drink a lot of water, what could this be? thanks?

Urethral stricture?: This sounds like you may have partial blockage to urine flow, such as urethral stricture (narrowing of the urine passage). This needs prompt medical attention: keep working with the doctor who evaluated your prostate; or ask for referral to a urologist. Good luck.
