Contractions?: When was your last period? Could you be pregnant and not realize it. I experienced the exact same symptoms when i was in labor. Short of labor it's probably lumbago, or a generalized low back strain that 80% of americans will suffer at some point in their life!

Fatigue. Extreme lower back spasming pain on left side followed by fullness in bladder area and pain mostly on left side of pelvis. Pain increases with activity and movement. Increased frequency and output of urine. Been over a week since onset?
