It could be many rea: You need to be examined very soon as pain on moving bowel could be inflammatory or neoplastic ie because of inflammatory bowel disease on which could be infective or immunity related ie auto immune etc //or neoplastic which could be mechanical obstuction secondary to tumor either malignant or benign so go and a doctor now and be examined and investigated.
