My gf and i had sex 14 days ago.. now she is feeling nausea, vomiting, sleepy, 2 days ago loose motions and today no bowel movement... is she pregnant ?... periods date are yet to come it is on 5 feb, or is it just viral coz she travelled alot lately?

The symptoms are common to many conditions and not specific to pregnancy. If they are due to the hormones created by pregnancy a urine pregnancy test should be positive.

Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.
