Ihave been on generic ambien (zolpidem) 10mg for 5 yrs now, seems as if it is startin not 2 work as well, isn't there a stronger/or different form of ambien (zolpidem)?

Other medications: Using Ambien (zolpidem) non-stop for that long would be expected to not work after awhile, because tolerance has likely developed. Ask your doctor about other possible medications that might pertain to your own case. I'm not sure if your sleep disturbance has been fully evaluated, as to why you need a medication like that for such an extended period? A sleep medicine doc and/ or psychiatrist could help.
