Several treatments: Recluse bite treatment ranges from essentially local care with cleaning and topical antibiotic ointment to taking oral antibiotics to requiring surgical treatment, hyperbaric oxygen treatment and other more aggressive treatments. There are degrees of envenomation and local tissue response. If you are concerned or if in a critical location (face, genitals, around eye, etc) see md immediately.

Is there envenomatio: Not all brown recluse bites include venom. The venom is so hugely painful that you will go to emergency within a couple of hours of the bite. Treatment varies. Without venom you can treat it as you would any insect bite. With venom seeing a surgeon very quickly is the answer as this venom destroys tissue and attention is needed to reduce the tissue loss.
