Should be OK: Hope you r not obstructed and flying to get your stone treated by eswl (shockwave llithotripsy). Can always ask you dr. For prescripction for strong pain medication just in case u get osbstructed on the way. Good luck.

Kidney stone: Yes, as long as you are not the pilot. A 1cm stone, if mobile, can cause colic and obstruction if it gets in the beginning portion of the ureter. Statistically very unlikely to successfully pass such a large stone into the bladder.
