See a dentist: First, see a dentist just to be sure what you see or feel is actually an allergic reaction. Your dentist can then discuss what should be done. If it was a physician who diagnosed the "allergic reaction", he or she would be the best one to advise you. There are medications that can be taken for allergic reactions, but this is not the proper way to get advice as to how to treat it.

Not a problem?: Good afternoon, the good news is that the bumps on the back of tongue are not due to allergic reaction. They are enlarged lymphatic tissue, and they get more prominent in response to an immunological challenge such as being in contact with some viruses or bacteria. You do not treat this condition; it will just stay there without doing any harm. Do not keep looking at them; they are fine.
