Allergy?: We’re you diagnosed as having an allergic reaction, or was it a self diagnosis? Could it be a non-allergic reaction to acids, oils, or texture of the food substance? Yes, symptoms can last days to weeks. Would be good idea to see your GP or Urgent Care to try to determine cause of symptoms.
