Unlikely: Hypotension is not considered a side effect of sotrey (isotrtinoin). So it's unlikely that your low blood pressure is related to that. A low blood pressure is not a bad thing unless it's symptomatic. It generally does not require any treatment at that level. But before anything, make sure you have an accurate blood pressure reading.
