Is it bad to use topical isotrexin [isotretinoin/erythromycin] over the long term? i've been using it off/on for 11 years. if i stop, acne comes back.

Keep using it: Acne will clear eventually but there's no telling when. I was able to stop using medication when I was about 50. If it works for you, be glad.
