Isotetinoin: Acctane is a a dangerous drug with potentially serious psychologic and psychiatric side effects which were reviewed with you in detail at the time of the initial treatment (17 page consent). You will need to be closely monitored as you are weaned off and may benefit from consultation with a mental health professional.
