I ended an acne treatment with isotretinoin which started 5 months before.how much should i wait before taking mass gaining supplements or creatine?

One is not: related to the other. The question is whether these supplements are worth anything or not , which I have no knowledge of one way or another. Most are simply a waste of money and likely do not even contain what is stated on the labels.
