6.2 cm complex liver cyst which is non vascular , i really worried, i just got the results of ultrasound. is it bad?

Non-vascular is good: Cysts can occur in many organs. If it is non-vascular, and does not demonstrate an associated mass and has a thin wall, it is probably a benign cyst. Follow up with your doctor, though, to be sure. Since i cannot see your cyst, there could be other associated findings that may be helpful and important.
