In 2015 cyst on liver was 13mm on ct scan in 2018 it was 0.9 cm on ultrasound in 2019 it was 11mm are these all the same sizes or is it getting bigger?

Cyst: 2015 13 mm, 2018 9 mm ( 10 mm per cm), 2019 11 mm. Three different measurements of same cyst (assuming you only have one). Appears it is not getting bigger. Remember when they take a measurement of the cyst it is a sliver of the object and that is where your different sizes come from.
