Could be floaters: If the tiny spots move around, they are most likely floaters, which are small clumps of protein in the gel of the eye (vitreous floaters). While they are usual annoying but of no real concern, they can be associated with retinal problems. If they are new, you should have a dilated eye examination by an eye care professional.
