Since a kid when cry i get a lot of tiny red dots under eyes.i have fair and sensitive skin. but sometimes,rarely though, i might get very few(1-4) of these red dots under 1 eye without crying.can pressure from n95 mask or a hard sneezing cause them?

Yes. If these are as expected they are called by various names "coughing" or "vomiting" petechiae, where the tiny capillaries just beneath the skin break & bleed a little. This effects the skin of the head almost exclusively and this does not mean there is anything bad going on with your body. They self heal.
