Nevus, cyst: If the lesion is truly on the iris, inside the eye, it could be a benign cyst, or nevus, or it could be a more serious growth. It is also possible that what you see is on the cornea, or clear surface of the eye. Whatever it may be, it's definitely worth taking a trip to your eye doctor to have him or her check it out.
