Zoloft+Wellbutrin: Are you gone for more than 90 days at a time? If you can get enough zoloft (sertraline), you should be able to get a similar days' supply of wellbutrin (bupropion) which is not same as Effexor (venlafaxine). Wellbutrin is also available in a once daily formulation so that you can take both meds at same time in am and not worry about 2nd dose in pm. Talk to your doc about your options.

Do not listen : To friends. Effexxor and wellbutrin work on different parts of the brain. You can not substitue one for the other. If you miss a dose of wellbutrin you will not have ill effects of withdrawal. If you missed medications on several days of either zoloft or Effexor (venlafaxine) you would. You should stick with the wellbutrin especially if it is working with you. There is a vacation override to get enough for trav.
