NO ENDORSEMENTS HERE: You should be using a sunscreen with an spf of 30. There's really no benefit from anything higher. There are a multiple commercial choices you can make, so choose whichever appeals to your senses and pocketbook. You keep your skin covered in direct sunlight, and that includes long sleeves and a hat. See your doctor or dermatologist regularly, and good luck.
