No: Is the chicken pox on your legs? Are you sure it is chicken pox? Generally speaking, 2 weeks of clobetasol on a limited area of the skin does not suppress the immune system.

Possible: It is hard to say because you can develop chickenpox at any time; i would be more interested in your chickenpox immune status prior to this episode. Yes, clobetasol is one of the strongest topical corticosteroids, and use can manifest in significant systemic absorption; using it for > 2 weeks would increase the risk and degree of immunosuppression. Talk to your derm about a lower potency steroid.
