I've had severe sour stomach for over a week and had vomiting and pain a night ago with small amount of blood with a stiff neck, and a lot of fatigue.

This sounds serious: You should be evaluated by a doctor as soon as possible especially with the stiff neck and vomiting; reflux might cause a "sour stomach" but certainly shouldn't cause stiff neck or blood in your vomit.
