recently i've decoverd that every time i eat a fruit my lips swell up or i get the hey fever symptoms, itchy throat ect and don't know why, any help?

Avoid those fruits.: Natalie - this is very worrisome as it could represent an allergic reaction. If your airway were to swell too much - it could prevent your from breathing. In this situation would recommend avoiding those particular fruits and evaluation by an allergist.
