So i just got over fever, chills, sore throat. head cold, and still coughing. and i am itchy all over my body, is this from the cold and will it go away?

Common cold, i.e. upper respiratory viral infection, rarely causes generalized itching. So you itching could be due to allergy, drug reaction or dry skin with cold weather and low humidity indoor due to heat use. So the itching should be handled separately, other cold symptoms should be self limited but cough at times may persist for weeks.
