Hard to say: It seems obvious you have some type of infection. A majority of these enter/start in your throat. The spot description is too vague to render a diagnosis or begin sorting this out. It could be as minor as a simple virus or something terrible. If it interferes with your ability to function schedule a visit & get evaluated.
