A few possibilities: Since you are 48 and no longer have a uterus, your remaining cervix itself as well as your vagina, not to mention the external female genitalia (like your labia minora) could be bleeding. Blood could also be coming from your bladder, or less likely, from your rectum. Your partner (?A male) could also be bleeding. In any event, you may want to identify the source and have your doc take a look.
