I had my meniscus torn really bad, i had surgery on it in november. i'm in pt, what can i do to let my meniscus heal faster, so i can walk again.

Meniscus tear: The tissue heals relatively quickly. If they repaired it then you are kept off it for 6 weeks. Over the next 3-6 weeks therapy will advance your activities and you should do well. The best thing is to follow your surgeons and therapists instructions. If you had the meniscus debrided (trimmed) you should be doing well by now.
