Not necessarily : An enlarged pulmonary artery in chest x-ray is a pretty non specific finding. It can be normal variant. The heart can be rotated or you could be turned slightly during x-ray. Wait for the other tests.

No: Pulmonary hypertension is difficult to diagnose. The recognized best method is by direct pressure measurement from within the circulatory system itself (done much the same way as a heart stent is placed, through a needle placed in the groin).
