Dr says mild pulmonary hypertension of 45 mm is likely nothing to worry about since rest of echo was fine. symptoms are bradycardia, palpitations and grade 2 systolic murmur. 43 y/o female. should i get 2nd opinion?

At age "43", with even "mild" pulmonary hypertension, and a "normal ECHO" should be evaluated and treated by a cardiologist, especially when accompanied by "bradycardia, palpitations and a murmur".
