Have chronic hypertension, fatigue and chest pain/ palpitations. echo was normal. now i need a bubble test. what can it see that's not on echo?

Chest pain: A bubble test looks for holes in the heart that take blood " the wrong way" through the heart. It's rare, but people can have congenital patent foramen ovale, a small hole, going un-noticed for a long time. This test follows the bubble, looking at the direction of blood through the heart.
