Varies: The alt, ast and alkaline phosphatase values will vary with the particular virus involved, the susceptibility of the patient, the acuteness or chronicity of the hepatitis and many other factors. The first two enzymes are predominantly released from dying hepatocytes (liver cells), the latter from injured cells, predominantly in the ducts.
