Bruxism is causing a light gap between teeth. what can i do to alleviate this problem?

Night guard: The gap is forming because you grind your teeth down below the level they contact each other, lowering that point between the teeth which opens gaps and causes movement. A night guard will stop the damage, but the only repair is to probably crown the damaged teeth restoring them to their proper contours.
