Not really.: Pain at donor or graft site is not uncommon and can last for several moths at the longest. But is does not cause arthrtitis or rheumatism.

No: The bone graft does not cause arthritis. If you got the bone graft for a bad fracture that went into the joint the arthritis is most likely from the fracture not the bone graft.
