Braces: If your lip is sticking out too much , this can be because your front teeth are sticking out too much. You would need to correct this and your lip will change as your teeth change. Talk to an orthodontist about this problem.

Not feasible: The upper lip position is determined by the teeth behind the lip. You can't move the lip back unless the teeth are moved back. Consult with a dentist for more information that pertains to your situation.

No easy answer: There is no simple answer to this question. Moving your lip probably necessitates moving your upper teeth back but also improvement may come from moving the lower jaw forward. Too many variables. It is best to see the advice from an orthodontic specialist.

Not that simple: Why is your upper lip too far forward? Is lip tissue too thick, are front teeth procumbent or protrusive, is upper jaw too far forward, is lower jaw too far back? See an orthodontic specialist for consultation. You may need anything from limited tooth movement to comprehensive treatment. Most probably you will need braces.

Teeth: Its not about moving your lip, rather your teeth that are pushing the lip out-- most likely. I would see an orthodontist to discuss what can be done with your smile.

Lip position: It depends upon how much movement you desire, any significant movement of your lip backwards will require even greater tooth movement backwards. Usually this means for every 1mm of lip retraction it will take 2mm of tooth movement./retraction this type of significant tooth movement can only be accomplished with orthodontic braces treatment.
