Cheek chewing: You are chewing your cheeks and might not even realize it, which is completely normal. No treatment necessary.

Normal : This is a normal condition of the inner layer of cheek increasing in thickness due to rubbing or slight chewing by the teeth. This is called linea (line) alba (white).
