No: Different appliances are designed to do different things. Speak to your orthodontist about what can be fabricated for you.

If you have narrow: Arches, an orthopedic appliance (e.g. Sagittal) will help expand and shape the arches and can result in a broad beautiful smile when finished with braces to align and level the dentition. It is a case to case basis among young and adults.

Be careful: While we can expand paletes you do not want to flare your teeth to get the desired effect. Consult a board certified orthodontist for a free consultation.

Possibly: Best to seek an opinion from an orthodontic specialist to determine if what you desire is possible and what would be required to accomplish it.

Yes: Although easy jaw widening is best done about age 7, as an adult there are orthodontic and combined orthodontic/surgical procedures to widen your smile. Clear correctors and retainers won't work. See an orthodontic specialist for guidance.
