No: It is normal to show only the top teeth during a smile. As we age we tend to show more of the bottom teeth. It is generally more attractive to show the top teeth during a smile so don't try to change a good thing.

Yes: You can have orthodontics to extrude these teeth. This will bring them up so that they can be seen when you smile. Also, as you age, your lower lip tends to sag, revealing more of your lower teeth. However, most people don't show too much lower tooth when they smile, unless it is a very broad smile.
