? Infection: The common bed bug is the cimex antennatus. Most people don't even know they have them. Signs are tiny blood spots on bed clothing. The bugs may cause itching and loss of sleep. However, they can lead to excessive scratching that can lead to a secondary skin infection. The streak could mean you have, possibly in your sleep, scratched and now may have a skin infection. Go to an uc & have it seen.
