Have bed bug bites on my elbows and arms, used hydrocortisone possibly too much. now my arm has a reaction with red little bumps. could it be i used it too much? what should i use to help heal that isnt cortisone and will make it worse. please?

Too much cortisone will thin the skin but not give you little red bumps. You may be sensitive to a preservative in that cream so avoiding it would be wise. If you leave it alone it should self heal in a week or two. A moisturizer you have used in the past without problems would be okay.
