Wait and see: Yes, it is possible when you measure so far off from the guestimated dates, you do see multiples. Since this will be your first ultrasound (correct?) then only time will reveal how many embryos you actually have growing in there. The other possibility is that you conceived much before you thought you did and you actually are more like 18-20 weeks along.
