Had 3 ultrasound scans 1 @ 3 week to early to see hcg 32 , 7 week edd 17/feb/22, 12 week scan edd 17/feb/22 and 20 week edd 17/feb/22, how accurate is this and would i of conceived end of april? also does hcg 32 suggest early pregnancy?

A positive HCG at "three weeks of pregnancy" indicates early pregnancy, and the low level is consistent with ovulation/pregnancy onset 8-10 days prior to this lab result. Determination of actual ovulation and pregnancy onset is not possible, since pregnancy is possible by intercourse 2-3 days prior to ovulation, and may occur as late as 2-4 days after ovulation.
